As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals, couples, and families move from feeling stuck to feeling understood and empowered. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I am also an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor, supporting and mentoring associate-level therapists in their professional development.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I value honesty, compassion, and yes, humor. Laughter can coexist with growth, and sometimes it helps us feel safe enough to do the deeper work.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain effectively process past trauma. Whether you’re a teen navigating adolescence, a young adult managing anxiety or depression, or someone facing life transitions, career stress, self-esteem concerns, or family conflict, we will work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create meaningful change.

Additionally, I specialize in working with couples at any stage of their relationship. Much of relationship distress isn’t about the surface argument, it’s about feeling disconnected, unheard, or unsure how to repair. Together, we slow those moments down and rebuild safety and connection.

I also work closely with military members, their spouses, and their families. As a military spouse and sister, I understand firsthand the strain of deployments, relocations, and the invisible weight that military life can carry. You won’t have to explain that world from scratch.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged toward growth.
